Participants who provide written notice of cancellation more than seven days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal and state holidays) before the date of the first session are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid for the Program fees, excluding the nonrefundable application fee and payment processing fees. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.

For cancellations outside of the seven-day period noted above, the Program fees paid are generally nonrefundable. However, extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and a determination will be made by the Company on whether to approve a refund or not.
